How to see meetings schedules beyond current day?

On the Rally Bar Teams idle screen, upcoming meetings are displayed. However, is there a way to expand the list to go beyond today and see meetings planned for 1 day or 2 days ahead without having to access a laptop and consult the calendar on outlook?

Open Outlook 365
go to Calendar
Right click on "My Calendars"
Add calendar -> From address book
Select the room and wait a short moment
Now the calendar of the room should be displayed.
