I can't see an appointment in the room calender - is the Room booked?

I am unable to see an appointment in the room calendar for a specific time slot. Could it be that the room is already booked during that time? I'm trying to determine if there is a scheduling conflict or if the room is indeed available.

One possibility would be:

Open Outlook and click on Calendars.
Right click on My Calendars -> Add Calendar -> From Address Book.
Select the meeting room and click OK.
Now you should be able to show/hide a calendar in the left bar.
Here you can check if the room is blocked for a certain period of time.

Option 2

If Direct for Location the calendar can be viewed on the device for the same day.
