I have a meeting scheduled and want to record it?

Hello, the question is probably very simple, but my secretary is on vacation and has entered all meetings for me. I would like to record them automatically so that I can go through them again with my colleague. Is it possible to set this?

Hello, of course it is possible.

Open Outlook Calendar and double click to select your meeting.
Click on Meeting options.
Click on Record automatically.
Click "Save" to save the settings.
Close the window.
Click Send Update to apply the settings to the meeting.
Once you start the meeting, recording starts automatically and stops after the meeting.
