Follow these steps:
File -> Properties -> Internet Settings -> Specify IP Address LOGO! controller -> Connect -> Adjust access control -> (If the controller is in operating mode, a window will open asking if it should stop the program, confirmation) -> Operation control from LOGO! TD -> Enable password protection for work control -> New password -> Confirmation -> Apply -> OK
