Follow these steps:
- In LOGO! Set "LOGO! 8.FS4" to your diagram with Soft Comfort V8.1
- In the menu bar under "Tools> Ethernet connections ..", open the Ethernet network settings.
- To add a new modbus connection, right-click "Ethernet Connections"> Add client connection> Modbus Connection
- Double-click on the new link
- Enter the IP address of the server, port number (502)
- Define modbus connection properties in the "data transfer" table.
- Confirm everything with "OK"
