Disable Ticket Fields (Support)

• Disable Ticket Fields lets you choose which ticket fields to disable for agents. Select the fields you want to disable in the agent interface. The fields will still be visible to the agents but they will not be editable.

Just open the app and click Export to receive a report that includes things like Trigger name, ID, status, position, and category, all "ALL" and "ANY" conditions, all actions, created and modified dates, and direct edit links for fast access.
