Zendesk WFM
New:

• We've released an update to the Forecast page UI (more information).

Fixed:

• Agent Activity: We have harmonized the adherence calculation between the Reports section and the Agent Activity page to ensure consistency.
• Agent Attendance and Agent Activity CSV Exports: Fixed an issue that prevented some users from downloading CSV files from these pages.
• Reporting:

1. A faulty request affecting the interaction between the resolution rate metric and other metrics in report configurations has been fixed. The Resolution Rate now works as expected.
2. The CSV export previously showed incorrect occupancy metric values. This presentation issue has been resolved.
3. EAP Forecast vs Actual: Rounding of values that could lead to misleading interpretations has been improved. Values will now display with one decimal place unless the decimal is zero (e.g., 7, 5.3, 0, -10, 4.1), providing clearer detail and accuracy.
4. EAP WFM Public API: We addressed a customer-reported issue where occupancy and utilization metrics were displayed as null when retrieved via the WFM Public API reports endpoint. This issue is now resolved, and these metrics reflect the same values shown in the user interface.
