Has got 2 speakers this device or only one speaker?

My friends told me that his device only working on the left side and not working on the right side; so has got 3 speakers o only one speaker?

The device has two speakers. These are installed on the left and right in the MeetUp housing.

I also first noticed that only the left side works, does anyone know why?

Same here: only the left side works! Is that normal. If not: How can I fix it?
