Why doesn't Meetup Microphone work with Teams and Zoom?

I use Meetup in conjunction with HP Elitebooks (840G5) at a customer and everything works, with the new HP Elitebooks (840G10) the microphone does not work in Teams or Zoom. Firmware has been updated.

Try to narrow down the error.
Use a different laptop, or even a non-office laptop.
If the error continues to occur, use a different USB cable.
Check all plug connections for loose contact.
The USB-C should be the original cable or a suitable USB-C 3.0 / 2.0 cable for data transfers.
Also check whether the Meetup is displayed in the device manager of your PC.
If the PC does not want to display the Meetup, check your PC for errors.
Update the firmware of the BIOS etc.
Deactivate the Thunderbolt connection, this can cause problems.
