how to correct sound loss during zoom?
We intermittently lose the sound of meeting attendees. They appear to be able to hear us.

This problem can have several causes.
- Check all cable connections and look at the connectors to see if they are damaged.
- Check the Windows sound settings
Windows Key -> Settings -> System -> Sound -> Sound Control Panel -> Change Communication to "do nothing" - Check the sound settings during the Zoom meeting if the correct input/output devices are selected.
- Check the sound also with other participants possibly it is at the opposite side.
- Disable "Suppress intermittent background noise" in Zoom this can also affect the audio quality.
