Is it possible to change the sampling rate?

Hi all, every webex meeting with the Logitec Meet Up camera the voice is "squeaky" like Mickey Mouse. I found a tip on the internet that you should set the quality lower in the settings. Unfortunately, I only have one option to choose from: "2 channel, 16 bit, 32000Hz, FM radio quality." Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this problem? When recording audio with the voice recorder, the voice sounds normal! The drivers are up to date. Thanks in advance for your help! Monika

According to the problem description, it sounds like a second program is adjusting the voice. Check if you can select multiple microphones in the WebEx settings or if you have set a filter. Then select MeetUp as microphone and no other system or program.Deactivate all microphones you do not need as follows.

  • Windows 10
Windows Key -> Settings -> System -> Sound -> Sound Control Panel -> Recording -> Now right click on all devices you don't need and disable them.
  • 2 channel, 16 bit, 32000Hz, FM radio quality.
Windows Key -> Settings -> System -> Sound -> Sound Control Panel -> Recording -> Now right click and select Properties -> Advanced => There you can adjust the sound quality.
