Logitech Meetup remote no longer works?

even after battery replacement, the included remote control unfortunately no longer responds. (Several remote controls in our company affected) Is there any way to pair the remote control with a Meetup again or check the remote control for a defect?

If the remote control is not working properly:

  • Make sure the remote control is paired with MeetUp. Does the volume button on the remote control work? If yes, then the remote is paired.
  • Pair the remote control with MeetUp as follows:
  1. press and hold the button on the back of the camera until the LED flashes blue.
Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the remote for 10 seconds to enter pairing mode. 3.
When the remote control and camera are paired, the LED stops flashing. 4.
If pairing fails, the LEDs will continue to flash. Start at step 2 and repeat.
  • Check the remote control batteries and replace if necessary.
  • The MeetUp remote uses a CR2032 lithium battery. With average use, the batteries should last 1-2 years.
  • To test the remote in your organization, take the remote from another MeetUp and pair it If it works and the original does not, you have partially tested the function.
