Why is Meetup slowing down my whole system?

Dear Colleague:Inside
The Logitech Meetup slows down my whole computer (no matter which USB port) enormously. Likewise, I don't hear anything in meetings, but the participants hear me.
What have I already done...
- Tried different Meetup installations
- deleted and reinstalled the software
- removed the Meetup in the device manager and searched again
- tried different USB ports on the laptop - updated

Meetup with the latest software version
Does anyone still have the golden tip?

Are you using Lenovo Carbon Gen 9 laptop? I also facing the same issue. If I disable the Logitech Meetup Speakerphone will fix it, but ended up no audio and mic.

No, for example a Lenovo P15 Gen2 or Lenovo L15 Gen2.
