How can I restore the mute function via remote?
The problem still exists, is there perhaps someone with a solution by now?
Good morning community,
After the last two updates (Rally Plus with 3 hubs and 6 mic pods in the ceiling), only the ceiling microphones can be muted via the remote control. However, the microphones remain on in the Webex app and have to be switched on/off manually.
Before the updates this was done via the Rally Plus remote control, does anyone have the same problem and/or an idea?
(All updates have been made, the notebook is also up to date).
