How tp update the firmware on the rally?

I was looking to update the firmware on the logitech rally. The single mic pod we have does not work. If you hit the mute button it flashes once and that is it, it does not work in meetings and gives awful feedback and the room cannot be used. Yes we mute other devices in the meeting to try and stop the feedback, no luck. Is there anything else other than firmware I can try and fix this issue? I was thinking, or better yet hoping that a firmware update would help. I have no way to test the Mic pod as it has a Micro USB type connection. Any help at all would be so handy as I am all out of ideas.

Important: the Mic Pods not have a Micro-USB connector. They are equipped with Logitech's own connector and can be damaged if you try to insert them into Micro-USB sockets. Use the mic pods only with the Logi Rally systems.

  • There are 2 options available to you for updating. The easiest is to use Logitech Sync. Sync can also be used to adjust the settings. Try disabling/enabling the Speaker Boost.
  • The second option, but not as practical would be the Rally Plus Update Tool, found on the Logi website.
