Microphone not working while camera is turning off?

We have a Logitech Rally system, in use with a Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub and Microsoft Teams. When in a meeting, if you turn off the camera from within the Teams Meeting, the microphone seems to not work while the camera is shutting down. Once it has reached the "off" position, the mic works again, and it continues to work while the camera is turning on.

I've power cycled the devices, and also tested a different room with the same setup, and the mic continued to work while the camera shut off.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Launch the Logitech Sync app and update the system to the latest firmware version.
If the error still occurs, contact Logitech Support for repair or replacement of the device.
