Rally Plus - updated firmware, now display hub cannot see table hub?

I've just updated our new Rally Plus system firmware to 1.23, and now the display hub cannot see the table hub. Sync reports that there is a firmware update, but current firmware version is 0.0.0 - if I hit update now, it thinks about it for about 10 seconds, then errors as below.

Is there any other way to update these devices, other than plugging the display hub into a PC? I feel like the Display hub updated to the latest version when I updated the firmware, but the Table Hub didn't work for some reason, and they can't communicate via the direct network cable link. Any suggestions at all?

Many thanks!!

Are you using custom cat6 cables between the Display and Table hubs?

Have you tried using the supplied cat6a 5m after a power cycle on both hubs?

We have the same problem. Cables are all fine, but the table hub still can't communicate with the display hub. Has anyone found a solution?

  • Close Logitech Sync and restart it as administrator.
  • Uninstall Sync and install the latest software.
  • Connect devices with a shorter cable.
  • Alternatively, use Rally Firmware Upgrader to update the firmware and check if all devices are recognized, if not
  • Contact Logitech Support for repair or replacement of the device.
