We have been using Logitech Rally Plus for Ms Teams conferencing.
During a session sometimes Rally camera goes off suddenly and when you check the device settings at that moment and choose the camera again it recovers and comes back again. We have changed both hardware, pc and cables but it repeats randomly. Have you experienced such a problem?

Moin together, we are currently experiencing the same problem in one of our rooms. So far I have not found a solution for it either. I have already done all the updates for our Intel Nuc, checked the system via Logitech Sync and also installed the firmware provided by Logitech for the camera and the latest Sync version. Current state: As soon as I address the camera (which is available according to the system) via Sync, I see a black image for about 5 sec and the connection breaks with the error message "Bildschim Hub nicht erkannt". Subsequently, the cam restarts probably, the connection is restored and Sync reports "detected". This can be adjusted at will and occurs at the moment only in one of 5 rooms, which are identically equipped. If anyone has any ideas, keep them coming. :-)

Same problem here in Buenos Aires, We have 2 Rally Plus in 2 different places, we recheck everything with aour TV engineers ( we have a TV Channel ) and IT people, updated using Sync and change even from WiFi to Ethernet connection of the Dell Laptop. We change also laptops.
Try replacing the stationary PC. There are bundles from Logitech, with a Lenovo or Dell PC.
Still the same problem. All updated (windows, sync), all cables replaced. Tested on different PCs. Someone resolved?
