Tap does not work every morning?

Hello Everyone. We have a Logitech Rally Plus installed at a customer with an Intel NUC and 2 x touch displays 85 inches and a table Tap. Every morning when the customer comes into the meeting room and wants to start a meeting on the Tap the screen is black. He then pulls the power plug each time and then everything boots up and works again. What could be the problem? Power settings on the nuc and driver are all up to date and correct. Thanks for any feedback.

Is the PC (NUC) running at the time or is it switched off? If it is switched off, set the following in the BIOS:

AC Power Recovery -> ON

If the PC is switched on, wire the PC directly to the displays (not via Rally)
