Why does my connection drop when screen sharing?
Hello!
I have the following problem: Generally, the Zoom meetings work and I can participate in them without any problems. However, as soon as the host splits the screen, I get kicked out of the Zoom room. Sometimes an automatic login attempt is then started, but it fails immediately....
I've tried several solutions: 1) It can't be the internet connection, because it works fine on the smartphone.
2) Windows and Zoom are up to date.
3) I have used both the app and the browser function. With both, the error described occurred.
I hope that someone can help me.
