Zoom Room is a version of the Zoom Videoconferencing App specially designed for conference rooms. It is designed so that meeting participants do not need to use their own hardware or user account. The room has its own account and also requires a special Zoom Room license. It is a software that is installed on a stationary PC/Mac in the room. The system is controlled via a tablet or a touch monitor. A digital door sign can also be integrated.
