Logitech MeetUp - Logitech Group Camera still active?

Question

I have the logitech group meeting system and the camera ist still working and it is not possible to move with the camera or to zoom the camera. The status light blue ist still on. I updated also the drivers and FW, but I have still the issue.

According to the description, many causes could be the problem.

Check all plug connections on the devices to make sure that everything is plugged in correctly.
Completely de-energize the system once and restart it.
Check if the problems also occur with another computer.
Contact Logitech support if the camera needs repair or replacement.

There are status LEDs on the GROUP speakerphone, hub, camera, and expansion microphones. The LED operations for each component are as follows:

handsfree and expansion microphones.

Blue, steady - active call
Blue, blinking - call on hold (during a call); Bluetooth device is being paired
Red, steady - microphone is muted

Blue, steady - mains operation

Camera

Blue, steady - streaming video
Blue, blinking - adverse lighting conditions
