Logitech Tap - Missing video feed for other end participants - Rally Plus/Tap for teams?

Question

We have recently purchased a Rally Plus + tap + Intel NUC package that is set up. When we enter meetings, everything seems to work from the conference room side. Meeting starts, we see participants, our camera turns on and we see ourselves in the bottom right corner.
However, participants don't see our camera, but they can hear our microphones. It's not just the camera feed that is gone, but no "bubble" either. The only way they know we are in the meeting is either by hearing us, or opening participant list.
