Tap not found in SYNC?

Hello, I have 20+ CollabOS (android) MTRs currently running in my company. All are working fine (Green Lights) except for one room shows an error stating "Tap not found" in SYNC. Except it IS connected and working correctly. I've tried unplugging the network cable and reseating it, (as it says to try this in the troubleshooting suggestion in SYNC) and I've rebooted the device with the same error message occurring. Any Thoughts from the group?

  • Forget the device in Sync and add it again. Also carry out a firmware update. If you are using a Windows PC or MAC, also install the latest version of the Display Link driver.
