Anyone experiencing a black screen issue when selecting the 'room control' option on your Tap device?

Hi all,
I have an Issue when selecting the 'room control' option on my Tap device. The tap device screen goes blank every time I select the option. The room control appears on the screen connected to the tap device but I cant do anything. After a couple of minutes it just goes back to the home screen

Hello, it would be important to know which system you are using. Crestron, Q-Sys or something else. There are several possibilities that trigger this error. Set the TAP as the main display on the PC. If possible, also set a screen as the main display in the room control system. Check whether the program is also started. If you have installed Q-Sys, the Q-Sys app must also be started e.g. as a user when logging in. With Crestron, this setting should be permanently stored in the CX systems. A program that is started after logging in can be set via the Windows task management.
