LogitechHi, we have a logi tap system that isn't showing any image on the controller through the USB to CAT and PoE converter? it is powering up but no matter how it is wired (I have tried many variations) it will not show an image on the TAP controller?
Has anyone else seen this if so what was your resolution please? :)
If the Tap is connected to the room PC via USB and does not work, the Display-Link driver must be installed on it.
