dab image from tap screen ?
when we use the device (Tap IP) for first time we notice that . the image from tap is not natural although we use allot off same model and al of them worked very well (the image is normal)

It could be a production error or something similar. It is best to contact your installer or Logi directly to have the device replaced.
You can try to reset the device again and then perform a firmware upgrade.
Reset:
- Open the settings of your service provider.
- Select the system settings. (This may vary depending on your service provider)
- Enter your service provider passcode. (1234, admin, sfb, ....)
- This will take you to the CollabOS device settings.
- Settings > Info > Restart and reset

Reset network and wireless settings
Delete all data (reset to factory settings)
The TAP-IP must then be reconnected to the account and device.
After setting up the Internet, a new firmware version is searched for and installed if available.
