Power over Ethernet

Description

The PoE is a technology for delivering DC power and data simultaneously to devices over copper Ethernet cabling, thus eliminating the need for separate power supplies or outlets. It does not add additional Ethernet data capabilities but offers expandable options for how and where Ethernet devices can be placed. There are several different PoE versions with various power budgets and distances, all offering flexibility, reliability, and safety because of the intelligent design to protect the network equipment from overload or incorrect installation.
